Join Music First and American Songwriter for the Songsmith Showdown at Copper Sky Distillery. This is a monthly event where up to 6 contestants play some of their original music and go head to head for the genre title that month.  

Winners are determined by audience vote, which means you determine who wins and moves onto the finals.  Votes are gained by purchasing food from Jonny’s of Longmont as well as alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks from Copper Sky Distillery.  

Audience members can even be entered into multiple giveaways.  Copper Sky Distillery will be giving away a bottle of their whiskey to one lucky winner during our finals, this winner will need to be present at each event to be entered in this giveaway.  Every month audience members will also be entered into our monthly giveaway, where you can win merchandise from Music First and American Songwriter.  

This month's genre is Americana.
